It was supposed to be a vacation...

After a lifetime of touring the world with his travel columnist father, Wendell Billings is sick and tired of perilous plots and exotic escapades. Which is precisely the reason he chooses Port Larkeney—a quiet, seaside town along the Irish cliffs.

But for someone determined to have an uneventful holiday, an awful lot of things seem to be happening.

Sure they were invited to a B and B shaped like an enormous Jalapeño, sure the guests seem more and more connected as time goes on...and several people go missing and suddenly a billionaire inventor appears in the midst of a dastardly plot involving one comatose brother, six guests, two robots, and a very very peculiar super weapon…there’s still time for rest and relaxation, right?

Alright, maybe things aren’t quite so peachy.

With the help of Katie Twill, a suspiciously sleepy small town detective with a penchant for disco, bell bottoms, and being utterly useless at the best of times, this entirely unSherlockian duo must work together to unravel the secrets of Port Larkeney before the secrets themselves escape forever.

Meet Wendell Billings

Wendell has spent his life walking in his father’s shadow, literally. Across twenty-seven countries he’s taken notes on his father’s adventures; which are eventually written up in his highly popular travel column"Globetrotters Monthly." Wendell's seen everything from pygmy people to pet komodo dragons. The one thing he hasn’t seen?

A break.

And he won’t get one anytime soon.

Meet Katie Twill

Disco connoisseur and plaid enthusiast Katie Twill is a town phenomenon–as the youngest junior detective in Port Larkeney’s history. With her uncanny talent of falling asleep at the worst of times and simultaneously solving crimes, she treads the fine line between determination and idiocy.

But when has that ever stopped her?

Meet The Lamplighter

LAMP_edited.jpg

Bumbling and confused, The Lamplighter has never known anything but being The Cellist’s sidekick. As the two work to overthrow humanity, he learns how to navigate having six arms, how to avoid being stabbed by an overzealous partner, and surprisingly little about lighting lamps.

Meet The Cellist

Yo-Yo Ma who? With the body of a cello and the outfit of an eighteenth century composer, this dangerous dandy of a robot finds himself suddenly alive and thirsty for revenge against humanity. The reason remains to be seen. The Cellist knows three things: he likes breaking and entering, he likes dicing up pets, and most of all, he loves Chopin...up people.
